We understand that sometimes an outboard motor may not be exactly what you need, and we are committed to making the returns process quick and easy for all our Australian and New Zealand customers.
90-Day Return Window
We offer a generous 90-day return window on all outboard motor purchases. This gives you plenty of time to test your outboard motor and make sure it meets your needs. To be eligible for a return your outboard motor must be:
- In its original condition and packaging
- Unused or minimally used
- Returned within 90 days of purchase
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned outboard motor we will inspect it within 3 to 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your outboard motor for a different model or horsepower we are happy to help! Simply contact our friendly team within 90 days of purchase and we will arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your outboard motor arrived damaged or faulty, we will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement immediately.
Faulty or Damaged Motors
If your outboard motor arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will arrange:

- Full replacement or refund
- Priority processing of your claim
