  • Standard Returns: Items may be returned within 90 days of delivery.

  • Holiday Returns: Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st of the following year.

    • New or slightly used items in resellable condition

    Returned items must:

    • Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories

    • Be unused or lightly handled, with no signs of installation, damage, or modification

  • Method: By mail only

  • Return Label: Not provided – customers are responsible for return shipping

    2. Package your item securely with all original contents

    3. Ship it back using a tracked shipping service (Return address will be provided with your RMA)
