This outboard motor shipping policy explains how we get your motor to you. Every outboard motor order to Australia and New Zealand includes free shipping, with careful packaging and full tracking. We also ship worldwide on request.
Free Shipping — Australia & New Zealand
Shipping is free on every order to Australia and New Zealand. There is no freight charge added at checkout — the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Australia: we deliver to every state and territory — Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Northern Territory and the ACT — including regional and remote addresses.
New Zealand: we deliver nationwide, from Auckland and Whangarei through to Wellington, Christchurch and beyond.
Worldwide Shipping — Flat AUD $250
We ship outboard motors worldwide. If you are ordering from outside Australia or New Zealand, shipping is a flat rate of AUD $250, no matter which motor you choose or which country you are in. That rate is applied automatically at checkout, so you can order online exactly like everyone else.
Please note that any import duties, taxes or customs charges in your own country are the responsibility of the buyer, and are not included in the AUD $250 shipping rate.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Times
Transit time depends on where you are. Metropolitan areas are generally quicker than regional and remote addresses. As a guide:
- Australian metro — typically a few business days.
- Australian regional and remote — allow additional days depending on the route.
- New Zealand — allow additional time for international freight and customs clearance.
- Worldwide — transit time varies by destination; tracking is provided on every order.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details as soon as your outboard motor is on its way, so you can follow it right to your door.
Packaging
Every motor is packed carefully for transit and shipped through trusted carriers. If your motor arrives damaged, contact us straight away and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
