⏳ Return Time Frame
Standard Returns: Items may be returned within 90 days of delivery.
Holiday Returns: Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st of the following year.
✅ What Can Be Returned
We accept returns for:
New or slightly used items in resellable condition
Returned items must:
Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
Be unused or lightly handled, with no signs of installation, damage, or modification

Method: By mail
Return Label: Provided free of charge
Restocking Fee: None
🌍 International
Method: By mail only
Return Label: Not provided – customers are responsible for return shipping
Shipping Fee: Original AUD $250 shipping cost is non-refundable

Steps to initiate a return:
Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Package your item securely with all original contents
Ship it back using a tracked shipping service (Return address will be provided with your RMA)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
Refund amount excludes original international shipping charges, if applicable
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Custom or made-to-order products
Items that are heavily used, damaged, altered, or missing original parts
Items returned without a valid RMA
